2. How to enter

1. Fill out survey (https://forms.gle/Ai2AwTczD7M8aykKA) by February 16, 2021 11:59pm EST. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open worldwide. One entry per person.
2. Potential winners will be randomly selected for each prize, and contacted by Email on February 17, 2021
3. Potential winners will have 24 hours to reply to claim prize
4. If no response is received within 24 hours, another potential winner will be randomly selected from correct survey submissions.
5. Name, Shipping Address, Phone number, and email will be required to receive prizes. This information will be kept private and not used for any marketing/promotional activity.
6. Prizes will be sent from Nico Carver via UPS, Fedex, DHL, or USPS. Nico Carver takes no responsibility for lost/damaged packages, customs, fees, or any other shipping issue. Once a winner takes ownership of a prize, Nico Carver takes no responsibility for the prize (e.g. Nico Carver will not buy you a new one if it breaks, etc.)
